Refund and Cancellation policy

Returning/Exchanging a Delivered Item.

We offer a hassle-free 5 Days return window from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
  • You will receive store credits immdiately after we have passed quality checks on the returned product.  OR 
  • We offer a Refund and it gets credited into the main account within 15 Days of quality check done by our team. (With online refund for Online Payments/Store credit for COD Payments only)

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in the original box provided and address the package to the following:

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  2.  Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  3. The return replacment and exchnage of the product will get on in 10 to 12 days after the verification is done from our end .

  5. Email us at ruvennajewellery@gmail.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

  6. Any Shipping amount is non-refundable.

Subsequent to this, share the AWB/ Tracking ID with us once you have sent the return to us. 

Cancellation of an Order 

To cancel an order, please send us an email at  ruvennajewellery@gmail.com with your order number within 12 hours from the time the order is placed. 

  1.  Before Your Order Is shipped- If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive full refund of your amount withing stipulated time.  
  2. After Order is Shipped- Any cancellation request raised after your order is shipped, will be attempted for delivery as we use 3rd Party logistics partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Ekart, Amazon Delivery etc. You can simply deny the delivery and the package will reach back to us. In this case you shall receive a refund for the item. Will shall not refund the shipping amount. This can change from case to case. Ruvenna Jewellery reserves all rights to take decisions on this. 

Return Policy


We offer refund / exchange within first 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since package delivery, you will not be offered a return, exchange or refund of any kind.

In order to become eligible for a return or an exchange,

(i) the purchased item should be unused and in the same condition as you received it,

(ii) the item must have original packaging, tags etc. 

(iii) if the item that you purchased on a sale, then the item may not be eligible for a return / exchange. Further, only such items are replaced by us (based on an exchange request), if such items are found defective or damaged.


You agree that there may be a certain category of products / items that are exempted from returns or refunds. Such categories of the products would be identified to you at the item of purchase. For exchange/ return accepted request(s) (as applicable), once your returned product / item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you about receipt of the returned / exchanged product. Further.
If the same has been approved after the quality check at our end, your request (i.e. return / exchange) will be processed in accordance with our policies.
