🔸 1. What are the delivery timelines?
We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of confirmation.

During festive seasons, there might be slight delays due to high volume. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is shipped.
🔸 2. Do you offer express delivery?
Yes, express delivery is available on select pin codes at an additional charge. Please contact support@ruvennajewellery.com or DM us on Instagram before placing your order.
🔸 3. Can I customise my jewellery?
We currently offer limited customisation such as minor color variations or plating requests for selected products.
For bridal or bulk customisations, please write to orders@ruvennajewellery.com and our design team will assist you.
🔸 4. Are your products handmade?
Yes! Most of our jewellery is handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans, using high-quality materials like German Silver, Kundan, Meenakari, and premium stones. Slight variations are natural and add to the authenticity of your piece.
🔸 5. What if I receive a damaged product?
In the rare case your order arrives damaged or defective:

Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
🔸 6. What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and customised jewellery are non-returnable.
For eligible cases, refunds/exchanges are processed within 7–10 business days.
🔸 7. Do you provide any warranty?
All Ruvenna products go through strict quality checks. While we don’t offer formal warranties on fashion jewellery, our plating and craftsmanship are made to last with proper care.
For any post-purchase concerns, please contact us — we’re happy to help with care or minor restoration tips.
🔸 8. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also log in to your account to track the real-time delivery status.
🔸 9. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! International shipping is available. Charges vary by country and will be displayed at checkout.
Please note: customs duties, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.
